Necessary Information

In order to provide a quote, we need your document either by fax or e-mail. Our bid will include the word count, rate, delivery date and method, plus discounts (if any). Billing is based on number of words translated. Depending on the assignment, it may be necessary to sign a contract, make an initial deposit, or make partial payments as the project moves along

With respect to interpreting assignments, in two-language events exceeding four hours at a time or whenever there are two or more speakers, we advise having two interpreters in the booth for an outstanding service. In our experience, the number of necessary headsets is determined by your anticipated attendees. Invariably, two thirds will require interpretation. The bill is handed to our client upon concluding the service. Though not our core competency, we also provide exceptional multiple-language interpreting services.
